A very special trullo with spectacular garden, salt water infinity pool and playground.
While it has all the charm of a traditional trullo this countryside retreat offers so much more. It lies in the heart of the Itria Valley with views across ancient trees, trulli houses and meadows.
Situated in a peaceful location you will be ideally situated to explore beautiful Puglia. It is a short drive to the picturesque hilltown of Martina Franca and Ostuni where you will find great places to eat and shop. And sandy beaches are also not too far away.
Outside you will find a large garden, sport equipment and a huge private pool: a great fun and relax for large groups holidaying together.
The villa features both a large indoor kitchen and living room as well as an outdoor kitchen and shaded lounge area close to the pool.
In the traditional trullo house are one master bedrooms and a children’s bunk room, both without air con, and one bathroom.
In the new building there are two independent master bedrooms with ensuites, both fitted with a single sofa bed; there are also one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a common bathroom. The four bedrooms of the new building are equipped with air conditioning.
This means there is lots of space and privacy for larger families or a group of friends up to 14 people.
Optionally, there is a maid room separated from the guests bedrooms.
The property vegetables, fruits and herbs yards allow the ultimate Italian fresh food experience.
